Ordering & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are securely processed through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
We start processing orders quickly, but if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. After that, the order may already be in production or transit.

Q: Where do you ship from?
Our products are fulfilled from a variety of trusted production and warehouse partners in the U.S. and internationally, depending on the item type and your location.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Cozy Critter Life offers worldwide shipping. Shipping times and rates may vary depending on your location.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

  • U.S. Orders: Typically arrive within 7–15 business days.
  • International Orders: Usually 10–20 business days, depending on customs and carrier delays.
(Branded or handmade products may take slightly longer.)

 

Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can use it anytime to see real-time updates.

Cozy Critter Life offers a curated mix of print-on-demand items, cozy home finds, pet essentials, and exclusive branded collections designed to bring warmth and joy to everyday life.

Q: Why did I receive my order in separate packages?
To ensure faster delivery, some items ship from different fulfillment centers. You’ll get tracking for each package.


Returns & Refunds

Q: What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original packaging. (Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.)
